| You sign a Service Level Agreement, in which we warrant to treat your data with extreme confidentiality. All our connections are secure. We realise that your data is your business and we will protect it fiercely. | |
| I only want some functions | |
| No problem. You decide on the level of service you want, and you don't pay for services you don't need. In addition to our 3 solution levels, remoteDBA will also tailor make a solution for you, should you prefer it. At remoteDBA we want to ensure that the service we provide is the service you are looking for. | |
| What if I have a problem? | |
| The first thing you need to do is alert us. This can be done through your portal, via email, telephonically or by fax. We guarantee that within one hour you will have a response, solution or workaround to the problem. | |
| What do I need? | |
| To get started you can use fill out the sign up form. Our service director will then contact you to finalise a Service Level Agreement. It is up to you how you would prefer us to remotely manage your database. We will manage your database in a way that is congruent with your policies. Once you are a registered client, the only thing left for you to do is to grant us access to your database. ALternatively, we can send someone to our site should you not be able to provide remote access. |
